My stay at Hotel Capital was a winner! The location was perfect, with easy access to the places I wanted to go. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, ample room size, and all the necessary facilities. It felt brand new and the price was great. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the central location of the hotel. Secondly, the staff provided great service and were friendly and efficient. They were attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with nice bathrooms and good internet connection. I particularly enjoyed the sea view from my room, which added to the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel included breakfast which was a convenient and tasty start to the day.

The hotel had an old look and an unfriendly staff. The AC was hard to adjust and the hotel didn't have a gym, spa, or outdoor areas.

It was so convenient to be able to explore the shopping, food, and beach areas without having to travel far. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided helpful information about the local area, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a nice bathroom and even a sea view from some of the rooms. I also appreciated that basic amenities like towels and tissues were provided without any additional charge. Lastly, the inclusion of breakfast was a nice touch, allowing me to start each day of my stay with a satisfying meal.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Kota Kinabalu. The location is fantastic, right in the center of town, making it easy to walk to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, with a special mention to the Chinese housekeeping lady who went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The room was comfortable with a lovely sea view on the higher floors. this hotel offers good value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
